Enjin & CoinSwitch Collaborate on In-Wallet Trading, Blockchain Explorer, and Cryptocurrency Pay

Enjin and CoinSwitch have announced a threefold collaboration which includes integration of the CoinSwitch exchange platform into the Enjin Wallet, launch of a custom-branded blockchain explorer for CoinSwitch platform users, and creation of an in-game payment gateway for Unity game engine.

Enjin and CoinSwitch have announced integration of CoinSwitch’s robust trading platform into the Enjin Wallet, enabling users to swap between more than 300 cryptocurrencies from 45,000+ possible trading pairs without leaving the secure wallet interface. The two fast-building companies have also launched a CoinSwitch-branded blockchain explorer powered by EnjinX, allowing users to seamlessly search, browse, and verify their transactions on the CoinSwitch trading platform in real time.

CoinSwitch has also announced plans to build an in-game cryptocurrency payment gateway for Unity, the world’s largest game engine. This will give Unity’s 4.5 million game developers the ability to accept over 300 cryptocurrencies through 27 mass-market platforms, including Xbox, PlayStation, Android, iOS, Windows, and Oculus Rift.

By adopting CoinSwitch’s Unity-integrated payment solution, game developers will enable their players to use more than 300 cryptocurrencies to purchase gaming assets via in-game marketplaces. CoinSwitch will automatically convert those cryptocurrencies into Enjin Coin (ENJ), a minting resource developers can use to create decentralized assets with the Enjin Platform and Blockchain SDK for Unity, such as in-game currency, characters, weapons, and accessories.
